Alexander moved to Israel at 19 with no Hebrew, no background in Judaism, and no experience Israel — only his desire for adventure. He studied in yeshiva (Jewish theological seminary), served in the IDF, and explored the Land of Israel before returning to the U.S. to complete university and rabbinic studies.

But when October 7th happened, he boarded a flight back to Israel and, over the next two years, served on the front lines in Gaza and Lebanon.

But beneath it all, Alex was a storyteller. Home from the war, he became obsessed with answering one question: how do you share the prophetic unfolding story of Israel with the millions of people who feel drawn to it but don’t know where their place is in it.
